Aloe and Curls Policy
Consultation
Consultation Requirement: All K-tips, I-tips, Tape-in extensions services for extensions must schedule a consultation prior to booking. During the consultation, I would determine if you would be a good candidate for the hair extensions service based on the health of your hair, natural hair length, whether you are relaxed or natural (I will only install k-tips and i-tips on natural hair). We will decide on the hair texture of choice and order extensions if desired texture and/or length is not available. Then schedule your hair extensions appointment! There will be a $150 non-refundable deposit that can be paid in Cash or by Zelle. The consultation fee is $25
Deposit Policy
Deposits are only required for All Hair Extensions installation services that includes Raw Hair Extensions, appointments will be secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Can be paid in Cash or by Zelle*You DO NOT have to pay a deposit for NATURAL HAIR SERVICES!
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Client must cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours or before their appointment time. Clients who "No Call No Show" for their appointment will be charged 30% of their service fee on Booksy and 50% if booked on Styleseat.
Payment Methods
Clients can pay with Cash or Zelle. If the client would like to pay with credit card via the Booksy or Styleseat app, they are subjected to a 3% fee charged by Booksy or Styleseat.
